1983 Callaway Scirocco
1981 Cirrus Grey Scirocco
I bought this Mk1 Scirocco from a friend back in 2014. It came with BBS RA wheels which were thrown into the deal for a little extra. It marked the first time that I bought a Volkswagen in my hometown. I drove it home with a coolant leak and a failed alternator. I installed a new radiator, rebuilt alternator, rubber valve cover gasket and changed the oil right away. A few months later, it was on it's way to Wolfsgart Volkswagen event in Vermont.
In the Spring of 2020, Craig and I dropped the 1.7 out and installed the 2.0 Audi 3A motor in. Much different car now and worth the swap.
